1. Can write work instructions for property projects, as well as service plans for projects, and prepare project budgets;
2. Fully responsible for personnel management, financial management, item management, and various on-site management of property projects;
3. Be able to timely convey the spirit of various work meetings and regulations issued by the company to various departments, and supervise strict implementation;
4. Implement personnel to carry out specific management services such as building management, daily maintenance, cleaning and upkeep, green maintenance, security guards, sanitation and disinfection, vehicle management, and legal prevention of illegal decoration and construction within the property;
5. According to the requirements of the company and the property project management committee, preside over, review, and sign various economic contracts with external parties;

Approve the maintenance and upkeep plans for houses and public facilities, as well as the renovation applications of owners/tenants, organize maintenance personnel to complete various tasks on time and with quality, and inspect and supervise owners/tenants to carry out renovation according to regulations;

1. College degree or above, major in property management, with 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
2. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
3. Has a certain level of teamwork spirit and work responsibility;
4. Sincere, serious and down-to-earth, able to withstand certain work pressure.
