Property Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities

1. Overall operational planning of the operating company, and leading the formulation and implementation of planning plans to achieve business management objectives;

2. Responsible for the investment promotion work of each project (entrusted or self owned); Responsible for various business operations of various projects (advertising placement, non motor vehicle charging stations, express cabinets, water dispensers, housing rental and sales);

3. Responsible for company operations, assisting in customer service for projects, guiding projects in conducting customer satisfaction surveys, etc.

Requirements

1. Have more than 5-10 years of experience in property management, with a college degree or above;

2. Familiar with relevant policies, regulations, and processes in the property management industry;

3. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;

4. Has a certain level of teamwork spirit and work responsibility;

5. Sincere, serious and down-to-earth, able to withstand certain work pressure.
