Ramming Foundation Empowers Momentum and Embarks on a Long Journey - R.MARKS  Group Mid to High Level Team Building Activity Successfully Ends!

In order to improve the communication and coordination skills of the management team, enhance teamwork spirit, promote knowledge sharing and collaboration, and enhance mutual recognition, R.MARKS  Group launched the "Foundation Empowerment and Power Gathering Journey" middle and senior management team building activity at Yuehu Mountain Villa in Sishui, Jining on December 20, 2024. Nearly 60 management personnel of the group participated in this activity.

The event kicked off amidst laughter and cheers, with everyone eagerly anticipating the challenge. Firstly, everyone was divided into six groups through ice breaking games. Each of the six groups has elected a team leader and formulated their own group name and slogan. The team leader leads the members of each group to compete in various team building projects.

Six groups of team members took the stage one by one to showcase their team's style, followed by three games that tested trust and cooperation: "Inspire People", "Invincible Dice", and "Call Me Boss". The carefully designed game segments were both compact and exciting, with each game full of unknowns and challenges. Everyone discussed countermeasures and worked closely together, and the activity scene was both passionate and warm and harmonious. Everyone is connected, helping and encouraging each other, facing difficulties and challenges together, fully exerting the spirit of teamwork, and successfully completing various challenges. After intense competition, the champion was born.

Mr. Ren Peng, Chairman of R.MARKS  Group, presented awards to the winning teams, took a group photo as a souvenir, and summarized the event.
